Since Karl Lagerfeld debuted Chanel's pre-fall collection, all inspired by Scotland, the bets for the next winter started to fall upon the checks. Other designers took notice and the pattern was seen heavily in the recent shows, in many different ways.
During the next winter, we'll be able to find the checks in a grunge revival, in the Scottish motifs, mixed with other prints, in black and white, in colours...
